I previously attempted a comment but am not sure it went through — in any event – I NEVER said that “Hitler wants to be president” in referring to Sen. Clinton. What I did say was “Hillary wants to be President.” While I am an Obama supporter, I have always respected and admired Senator Clinton and could not let that confusion stand without responding to it. What I did say was “Hillary wants to be President.” While I am and have been a supporter of Senator Obama, Senator Clinton is a longtime political hero of mine and I NEVER would have referred to her in those terms.
